Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
NO CUSTOM PRODUCTS (such as special orders or personalized items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
NO REFUNDS ON NO CUSTOM ITEMS UNLESS ERROR ON OUR BEHALF AND PRODUCT WAS NEEDED WHEN DUE.
PLEASE LOOK AT DESIGN. A DESIGN WILL BE SENT SO THAT THERE ARE NO ERROR OR MISTAKES. I MAKE MISTAKES AND I MAY SEND A DESIGN WITH An ERROR BUT IT IS FOR YOU TO CATCH BEFORE APPROVING YOUR FINAL DESIGN BECAUSE I MAY MISS IT. YOU GET UP TO 4 EDITS IN YOUR DESIGNING PROCESS. ONCE WE SHOW YOU A DESIGN AND YOU APPROVE THE DESIGN, WE ARE NOT HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ERRORS ON FINISH PRODUCT, IF THE ERROR WAS IN THE DESIGN WE SENT FOR YOU TO VIEW. PLEASE LOOK OVER DESIGN BEFORE APPROVING IT. IT WILL SAVE US BOTH ALOT OF TIME AND HASSLE. ONCE DESIGN IS SHOWN TO YOU AS COMPLETE AND SAVED THERE IS NO MORE EDITING CAN BE DONE.
NO REFUNDS ON ORDERS THAT HAVE DESIGN ERRORS AND YOU VIEWED AND APPROVED DESIGN.
IF REUND We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
